Night Moves Issue 10: What You Don’t Know

Night Moves Issue 10

Admit it. You don’t know what you are doing, but you press on anyway. You may fool us for a while, but eventually the game will catch you and it will punish you. At least it isn’t taking your controller away, but after that bit of oblivious heroism maybe it should. Here’s to the moments when you were on top of the gaming world, but didn’t know why.

We’ve been having a damn good time livestreaming of our gaming sessions and interacting with those of you have made it into chat or joined in the game itself. If you haven’t been able to make it or even if you have, we post highlight videos (depending on your perspective) multiple times a week. Subscribe to see reality crush our gaming skills time and time again and let us know if we found your favorite moment. Your suggestion could be our next clip or maybe even feature some of your own skills.

Another World – He didn’t see me

Just because you solved the puzzle doesn’t mean you are out of trouble. Another World does a fabulous job of making you feel a sense of accomplishment, and then immediately killing you if stop to reflect.

Super Metroid – The Worst Ending

On one side, my attempted exit at the ending of Super Metroid was perfect. There is absolutely know why I could repeat this performance if I tried. Of course, the other side of the story is that I made every bad decision possible while still giving myself a slim chance to survive.

State of Decay – Trust lost. Ally set on fire.

I still contend that a working car is the best weapon in a zombie apocalypse. Unfortunately it is too easy to get cocky behind the wheel. In State of Decay, a driver who isn’t paying attention won’t have friends for long, even if they survivor the drive.
