The lull of summer releases has set in so Justin, Cole, and Christina look into past releases they haven’t spent enough time with to find Heavy Rain, Left 4 Dead 2, and Bayonetta. Send in your questions to simon@horriblenight.com or @TheHorribleShow
Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 46:43 — 21.5MB)
It’s that time of year to dive into the games you meant to play but never did because there’s nothing new worth playing. We start things off with our On the Spot question from @coopman – What was your first video game all-nighter? Which gives us MMO flashbacks before moving onto our Leftover Summer Video Games. Our social network accounts want to make friends with the friends of your friends, um, friends. We’d appreciate you helping us out by spreading the word about – @HorribleNight, @TheHorribleShow, theCursed, and Facebook. Afterwards, we break the colorful rant cycle, but still get pretty annoyed about audio diaries and whether or not the Summer of Arcade is really released during the summer.

Podcast suggestion I forgot to bring up: if possible get your streaming player to display current time rather than counting down backwards so it’s easier to follow the timestamps
It’s something I’ve been looking into for a while. Can’t find one that supports our publishing plugin and fits in the post, but once we do we will add it.
I’m making it into the podcasts by mention…. maybe one day I’ll actually be part of one. :)
