Look, I played Goldeneye as much as anyone. I loved that game. But do I want to go back and play it today, no. Unless they update the way the game is played, it’s going to be an extremely dated version of a first person shooter. Even if it is updated I still don’t want to play it. It’s hard to catch lightning in a bottle twice. Please don’t ruin the legacy of a great Nintendo 64 game, Activision.

I bet they had another bond shooter in development, it wasn’t going well, so they decided to salvage as much as they can and slap the Goldeneye name on it instead. #imNotBiased

Yeah I don’t know that I have a lot of desire for an updated game. Now if I could do some of the multiplayer from the original online, I might be into that but that would just mean people like Craigs Dismore and Sturgis and my current roommate can just kick my ass remotely instead of having to be in the same room. And no proximity mines, dammit!
