Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon Will Be Even Better When You Miss

What is the best tactic when fighting armies of invading space bugs? From the trailer above, Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon would have you believe that leveling the city is the best option. Now, I can’t speak for proper invasion defense tactics as I’m still in training, but I can say it’s nice to not have the added pressure of having to hit your target all of the time.

You can also choose to shoot the enemy.

Actually, in EDF 2017, one of my favorite moments of the entire game was the first time I accidently took down a skyscraper. Never underestimate the fun factor of destructible environments and unlimited rocket ammo. If Insect Armageddon is anything like it’s predecessor, expect a mindless good time and an even better time with a co-op buddy and the over 300 weapons at your disposal in the battle to save Earth.

Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon will be released on July 5th in the U.S (July 22 overseas) for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Is it okay to say this game reminds me of Body Harvest a little. I remember that and Blast Corps being fun blow’em ups for the N64

  2. Justin Lacey

It is ok to say that, however, Ethan (The Body Harvest fanboy) and me (The Blast Corps fanboy) will need you to go ahead and make a game that combines all three so that we can stop shaking uncontrollably.
